Life does not get much better than …
Today the sun shone. I had coffee with an agent (not my agent, not even remotely ever going to become my agent, because she deals with different territory, but a clever, witty woman who makes me laugh and makes me think), and picked up a little bit of industry gossip that made me happy. I sent the final, final, final, final revisions of the novel to the agent I hope will become my agent, and got commissioned to write a story about sex in hay and an article about Wales and unauthorised GMO crop growing.
And I am halfway through The Great Lover and it’s as good as I’d expected.
